Welcome to our homepage We are a multilingual research group doing necessarily interdisciplinary research on surfaces, interfaces and thin films. Very broadly our interests range from fundamental problems in catalysis through microelectronics to material science. Studies of the geometric, vibronic, electronic and chemical structure of these systems are undertaken with a variety of ultra-high vacuum (UHV) based surface science techniques.
